Fan Terms of Purchase

Welcome to BandMath! These Terms of Purchase ("Terms") govern your purchase of tickets, merchandise, or other goods via the BandMath ticketing microsite and point-of-sale services.

1. BandMath is a Software Provider

BandMath provides software infrastructure to independent artists, bands, and venues ("Event Organizers") to facilitate the sale of tickets and merchandise. BandMath is not the organizer, promoter, or host of any event. When you purchase a ticket, your transaction is directly with the Event Organizer, who acts as the Merchant of Record.

2. Refunds and Cancellations

All sales are final. BandMath does not issue refunds, exchanges, or credits for purchased tickets or merchandise under any circumstances. If an event is cancelled, postponed, or significantly altered, the Event Organizer is solely responsible for determining the refund policy and issuing any owed funds. Please contact the band or venue directly for refund inquiries.

3. Assumption of Risk and Liability Waiver

By purchasing a ticket and attending an event, you voluntarily assume all risks, hazards, and dangers incidental to the event—whether occurring before, during, or after the event—including the risk of personal injury, property damage, or illness. BandMath, its employees, and its affiliates assume zero liability for any injury, loss, or damage you may suffer at an event.

4. Ticket Transfers and Fraud

Tickets purchased through BandMath are delivered as secure, scannable QR codes. Unauthorized duplication, screenshotting, or resale of tickets may result in the ticket being voided without a refund. To securely transfer a ticket, you must use the official transfer link provided in your receipt email, which will void the original code and issue a new, secure code to the recipient.

5. Privacy and Data Sharing

To process your transaction and deliver your ticket, we collect your email address and payment details. We do not sell your personal data. However, by purchasing a ticket, you consent to BandMath sharing your name and email address with the specific Event Organizer (the band or venue) so they can manage the event guestlist and communicate important event updates to you.

6. Payment Processing

All payments are securely processed by our third-party payment processor, Stripe, Inc. BandMath does not store or process your raw credit card data.
